These Terms govern all consulting, training, engineering, and advisory services provided by TrinityOps, including any remote or on-site engagements.

Services and Scope

TrinityOps provides infrastructure consulting, DevOps and SRE services, cloud architecture reviews, automation, and technical mentorship. Service agreements may be defined in individual Statements of Work (SOW), contracts, or written communication. These Terms supplement but do not override the terms of signed agreements.

Payment and Billing

All payments are due as agreed in the engagement terms or invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for nonpayment.

Late payments may be subject to a late fee and/or interest as defined in the client agreement or by applicable law.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, upon reasonable notice. In cases of material breach, access may be terminated immediately.

Upon termination, all rights granted to You under these Terms will immediately cease.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all pre-existing content, tools, and materials used by TrinityOps remain the intellectual property of TrinityOps. Deliverables and documentation produced specifically for the client may be subject to licensing or ownership as defined in the project agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrinityOps shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or profits arising from or related to the use of our services or website.

Liability in any claim shall be limited to the total amount paid by You for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. TrinityOps does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or compatibility with specific third-party systems.

Our Website may include links to third-party websites or services. TrinityOps does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, terms, or privacy practices of any third-party site.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pima County, Arizona.
